gour-met (adj.) made with only the finest of ingredients.....
And that is what goes into the making of our gourmet honey products! Our natural flavourings are gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-free, and they do not contain artificial flavours or colours. We even have a complete line of OU Kosher flavours available too!
Keeping it Natural
Tu-Bees believes in keeping things natural beyond our ingredients; therefore, we use tubes, tubs and lids that are BPA-free, phthalates-free and recycleable under most recycling programs.
Minimal labelling is used on all Tu-Bees products to reduce waste, allow the reuse of the containers (such as our tubs and jars), and to avoid filling up landfills with containers.
Natural Creamed Honey - 100% Canadian
Tu-Bees Honey is made with 100% Canadian honey, that is drawn from some of the sweetest hives in Saskatchewan, where fields of canola, alfalfa and clover grow.
Our unpasteurized honey is turned into creamed honey before blending it with all of our amazing flavours, then packaged into tubes, tubs, or jars, before heading off to market.
We take great pride in producing a natural honey product that is available in an variety of flavours. We know you will love what our sweet little pollinators have produced for us to enjoy. Special thanks to all the honey bees ~ they truly are our source of life.
What to do with frozen, cold or hard tubes.....
When shipping in the winter months, our honey tubes can become cold and hard. To soften the honey, make a fist around the tube and squish it inside your fist (see pic 1 & 2). This will break the seal of the honey and you will be able to knead the tube and soften the honey. You will also need to clear the opening of the tube with a toothpick - to unplug it and allow the honey to come out easily (see pic 3 & 4).
If your tubes are solid and you are unable to squish them in your fist, place the tubes on a piece of cardboard (use your shipping box) and put the tubes into your oven. Turn on your oven light. DO NOT TURN ON YOUR OVEN - ONLY THE OVEN LIGHT! The heat from your oven light will soften your tubes within 30 - 60 minutes (depending on how hard the tube is). Be sure to check your tubes every 15 minutes and remove them when you are able to squish them with your fist. If you need further information, please contact us at email@example.com
Now you are ready to "Squeeze Your Honey".
