Home of the Easy Squeezie
Tu-Bees has been the Home of the Easy Squeezie Gourmet Honey Tubes since 2007. Made only with the finest of ingredients and maintaining an all natural product, Tu-Bees Gourmet Honey has expanded from two flavours in squeezable tubes into a complete line of various flavours available in our 140g squeezable tubes, 375g Tu-Bees Tubs and glass jars (60g and 250g). Tu-Bees has expanded from being available locally to being available at select retailers throughout Western Canada, on Amazon.ca and a few retailers in the USA.
All of the ingredients that go into the making of our gourmet honey products are 100% natural (no artificial flavours or colouring), gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-free. We even have a complete line of OU Kosher flavours available too!
Tu-Bees believes in keeping things natural beyond our ingredients; therefore, we use tubes, tubs and lids that are BPA-free, phthalates-free and recycleable under most recycling programs. Minimal labelling is used on all of our packaging to reduce waste, allow reuse of containers, such as our tubs and jars, and to avoid having landfills fill up with our brand.
Most importantly for us ~ we are truly Canadian! Tu-Bees honey is 100% unpasteurized Canadian honey that is produced in Southern Saskatchewan by a whole lot of sweet honey bees! We hope that you enjoy our products ~ special thanks to all the honey bees ~ they truly are our source of life.
What to do with frozen, cold or hard tubes.....
When shipping in the winter months, our honey tubes can become cold and hard. To soften the honey, make a fist around the tube and squish it inside your fist (see pic 1 & 2). This will break the seal of the honey and you will be able to knead the tube and soften the honey. You will also need to clear the opening of the tube with a toothpick - to unplug it and allow the honey to come out easily (see pic 3 & 4).
If your tubes are solid and you are unable to squish them in your fist, place the tubes on a piece of cardboard (use your shipping box) and put the tubes into your oven. Turn on your oven light. DO NOT TURN ON YOUR OVEN - ONLY THE OVEN LIGHT! The heat from your oven light will soften your tubes within 30 - 60 minutes (depending on how hard the tube is). Be sure to check your tubes every 15 minutes and remove them when you are able to squish them with your fist. If you need further information, please contact us at tubeesfoodsinc<at>gmail.com
Now you are ready to "Squeeze Your Honey".
