Quick and Easy Granola Bites - simple to make and even more delicious to eat!
1/3 cup Tu-Bees Pumpkin Spice Honey
1/3 cup light corn syrup
2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
3 Tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. mini semi-sweet Chocolate Chips (I used 1/2 cup but that's just because I am a chocolate lover!
1/4 cup white chocolate chips, melted for drizzle
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line an 8x8 pan with foil and spray with cooking spray (optional). Mix together honey, syrup, oil, vanilla and oats. Gently stir in semi-sweet chocolate chips. Pour into pan and pat down. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool completely then drizzle melted white chocolate over granola (optional). Allow to cool before cutting into bites (or bars). Store in an air tight container. Enjoy! Very yummy!!
